Frames

Available in four sizes and two construction types, frames are used to hold the ScreenMaster screen printing mesh in place whilst printing.

All frames are re-usable and highly durable ensuring your continuing costs are extremely low.

Plastic Frames - Low cost, highly durable for use on short print runs/ test prints

Small Plastic Frame - internal 120mm x 180mm [Order Code S-9100]

Large Plastic Frame - internal 180mm x 250mm [Order Code S-9101]

 

Metal Frames - Extremely strong and durable for use on medium to long print runs

A professional polyurethane blade retains it's sharp edge for professional prints time after time. A comfortable Australian made wooden handle provides a perfect screen printing squeegee for use with the NEHOC system.

Table Adhesive

Applied to the jig board, table or surface printing is performed on, Table Adhesive keeps the material steady and eliminates any movement, blurring, overprinting that may occur when screen printing.

Retarder

Order Code: HTR

Prolongs the drying time of ink making it easier to work with and ensure ink does not dry in the screen. Used mostly with Aquatex Opaque inks.

The side effect is the item you print also takes longer to air dry, but sets normally when heat set.

Fame Mounting Tape

Order Code: N-190

Renew your frames life by replacing the double sided tape that hold the RISO ScreenMaster in place. By replacing the tape every 3-4 screens, your frames will last for ever.

Plastic Ink Mixing/ Storage Bottle

A clear PVC bottle makes mixing and storing inks easier than ever. You no longer have to throw away mixed colours, or have them dry out in unsuitable containers. Completely re-usable, just wash with water to remove the previous ink colour when finished!

Adhesive Boards for Cloth

Used when printing T-shirts, cloth/ fabric, Adhesive Boards are portable and will instantly hold your materials in place whilst printing.

• Stops ink printing 'through' materials and t-shirts onto reverse side

Simply remove the plastic cover and place the adhesive Board under your material. Used with both Stamp Kit for Cloth and Screen Printing applications.

Correction Fluid

This is a MUST for all printing as a simple spot or problem is easily overcome by applying Correction Fluid to the screen.

Quickly and easily block unwanted marks, additional images or spotting on your screen.

A perfect flat, non absorbent surface so you can easily and quickly mix ink colours. Ink can stay on the plastic for long periods of time and when you have finished, simply wash up in water, with no problems about bending/ bucking, etc.

Plastic height adjustors are a solid plastic board that you cut to size as required, simply by scoring with a knife and breaking off - it's that easy!
