2. How many designs do you need to make to begin with?
Combined with the size of your designs, this will calculate how much
Mesh/ Print Lamps/ Frames/ etc. you need to start with.
3. How many colours are in your designs? This will also
determine what ink colours you require. If you intend to print
multiple colours then you need a different screen for each colour and a
4 arm screen printing jig should be used for proper registration.
4. What quantities do you wish to print? The higher your print
volume the more ink you need to start with. Also if you wish to speed
production a jig is essential.
